Transfer Student Information

Transfer students from other court reporting programs are welcome to register at Tri-Community. Several options are available, including entering the speed program or transitioning from a machine program to the voice program.

Prior to enrollment, transfer students will meet with the Program Coordinator, Carrie Ravenscroft, to review previous coursework and determine the pathway that best supports successful program completion and preparation for state and national examinations.

Students who wish to be considered for academic and/or speed transfer credit should submit transcripts from their prior court reporting program. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable and may be emailed to cravenscroft@c-vusd.org. Transcripts should be received before the advising meeting so the most appropriate pathway can be determined.
